Open Banking Workshop 2025 – Circular 64 & 50 Compliance

This workshop brought together banking, legal, and technology experts to discuss Vietnam’s newly issued regulatory framework for Open Banking.
The event provided practical insights to help financial institutions deploy secure, compliant, and future-ready Open Banking ecosystems in alignment with Circulars 64 and 50 of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Visual Identity & Design Execution

The workshop adopted the Key Visual package provided by IBM. My responsibility was to expand this KV into a complete, unified identity system suitable for SAVIS’s branding requirements. I translated IBM’s KV into a full multi-platform communication ecosystem and ensured consistency across all digital and print assets.

Key tasks included:

  • Expanding IBM’s Key Visual into a full design system for SAVIS

  • Designing the official workshop landing page

  • Creating synchronized communication materials such as:

    • Blog thumbnails

    • Email banners

    • Social media graphics

    • Speaker/topic highlight artwork

  • Ensuring all assets followed one unified visual language

Booth Branding & Event Production

For the onsite experience, I created the complete visual identity for two SAVIS booths featured at the event — one for Open Banking solutions and another showcasing SAVIS technology. The goal was to maintain strong brand alignment across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Deliverables included:

  • Full booth branding package

  • Backdrop designs for both booths

  • Standees and information panels

  • Directional signs and booth collateral

  • Coordination with production teams for printing & installation

Content Support & Event Coordination

Beyond design, I worked closely with the marketing and communication teams to shape and refine event messaging. I supported pre-event and onsite coordination to ensure that the workshop ran smoothly and maintained branding consistency.

  • Editing and preparing communication content for announcements, topic introductions, and LinkedIn posts

  • Collaborating with speakers and internal teams during preparation

  • Supervising onsite visual setup and branding consistency

Key Visual Design and Event Organization

The SAVIS GROUP 21st Anniversary Campaign marked a significant milestone in the company’s 21-year journey of innovation, digital transformation, and technological leadership. This landmark campaign celebrated SAVIS’s evolution from a local technology provider into a company expanding confidently into Southeast Asia and the Middle East (GCC region).

The campaign reinforced SAVIS’s mission to deliver secure, high-quality digital platforms “Made by SAVIS” to international markets — spanning digital transformation, finance, open banking, cybersecurity, and smart city ecosystems.

My Role

Lead Designer (Main Role)

Designed the entire visual system for the 21st Anniversary, including banners, key visuals, stage backdrops, social media assets, and event identity.

Ensured a unified visual direction across all campaign touchpoints: internal communications, digital channels, event branding, and press publications.

Crafted a modern, premium-forward design style aligned with the message of global expansion and secure digital future.

The 21st anniversary marked a remarkable turning point for SAVIS Group — a milestone that celebrated not only two decades of innovation, but also the spirit, strength, and unity of the SAVIS family.

To honor this special occasion, a series of meaningful activities were organized throughout 2025, engaging employees, partners, and the broader SAVIS community through sportsmanship, teamwork, and vibrant corporate culture.

My Role: (for all activities in the 21-year celebration series)

Led the overall visual design:

Created and supervised the production of key visuals, banners, posters, event identity, and communication assets for each activity.

Photography & media production:

Captured and edited event photos, ensuring consistent visual tone and high-quality documentation..

Supported event organization & planning:

Coordinated pre-event preparation, onsite setup, run-through management, and partner/vendor communication.

Content support:

Edited communication materials, crafted event copy, and assisted in social media storytelling across the series.

1. SAVIS OLYMPIC 2025 – BREAKING ALL LIMITS

SAVIS Olympic 2025 — the biggest annual sports festival of the SAVIS family — concluded in an atmosphere of excitement, resilience, and unforgettable moments.

Despite the chilly early-season rain, the event showcased the unwavering determination embedded in the DNA of every SAVIS member. Four traditional teams — Thanh Long Bang, Ngọc Kỳ Lân, Phượng Hoàng Lửa, and Tên Lửa — competed with passion, unity, and pride.

Highlights:

  • Intense competitions across multiple sports

  • Outstanding teamwork and sportsmanship

  • Shared championship title: Ngọc Kỳ Lân & Thanh Long Bang

2. SAVIS PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT 2025 – THE FIRST EVER

As part of the SAVIS 21-year celebration, the first-ever SAVIS PICKLEBALL Tournament brought together 20 athlete pairs from 12 participating units.

Agribank delivered an impressive performance, securing the Championship Title and two Third Prizes, while BIDV’s IT Division claimed the Friendly Champion.

Key Results:

  • 40 intense group-stage matches

  • Final showdown: Agribank Digital Banking vs. Bac A Bank (16–14)

  • Multiple divisions: Championship, Runner-up, Third, Fourth, and Friendly Champion

  • Exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, and high-level gameplay

3. SAVIS RUN CHALLENGE 2025

The SAVIS Run Challenge 2025 continued the tradition of promoting health, unity, and resilience within the SAVIS community.

Runners from departments across the company participated in this energetic challenge, showcasing both individual strength and collective motivation.

The event delivered strong internal engagement, reinforced SAVIS’s brand identity, and created cohesive documentation for communication channels — serving as the emotional centerpiece of the 21-year campaign.

Employer Branding & Communication Project

To establish Savyint as a distinctive recruitment brand under Savis Group, continuing the momentum from the 2024 Scareer rebranding project. The primary goal was to design and execute a comprehensive recruitment communication strategy that strengthened the employer brand, improved candidate engagement, and built a recognizable talent community through both digital and offline channels.

Oversaw the creation and implementation of the recruitment brand’s communication identity and key visuals, ensuring consistency across websites, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and job boards.

Key Visual Design and Event Organization

To create a modern internal communication platform enhancing employee engagement, inspired by successful corporate intranets such as chungta.vn (FPT). The website integrates each employee’s SharePoint account, enabling features such as confession submissions, post commenting, and planned livestream functionality in future phases.

My Role:

Concept & Design: Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes on Framer for all key pages (news, confession, recognition board, etc.).

Content Production: Created 2 news articles per week; updated 3 radio bulletins weekly.

Administration & Operation: Managed and coordinated updates with the development team (WordPress).

Experience Optimization: Ensured interactivity, brand consistency, and user experience optimization.

Key Visual Design and Event Organization

SAVIS TECHNOLOGY GROUP, with 20 years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation, reached a significant milestone. To mark this occasion, the company aimed to refresh its brand image while communicating its core values and future vision.

My Role:

The chain of activities leading up to the 20th Anniversary Event

The 20th anniversary was a crucial milestone, and Savis Group wanted to organize a series of meaningful activities to celebrate this event and express gratitude to customers, partners, and employees who have accompanied the company throughout its journey.

My Role:

Designed and oversaw the production of banners and posters for each activity.

Designed the Event Design Kit, including invitations, standees, and award boards.

Developed detailed plans for each activity and the overall event, including organization and supervision.

SAVIS GROUP 20th Gala Dinner

The 20th-anniversary celebration was held at Wyndham Grand Vedana Ninh Binh, hosting over 150 company employees and more than 100 VIP guests including partners, leaders, and key clients. The event was a great success, leaving a strong impression with its professional and high-class image, affirming the capabilities of the Marketing team.

My Role:

Planned the event, prepared quotations, implemented, executed, and supervised the entire event.

Designed the Event Design Kit, including Banners, Posters, Backdrops, invitations, Standees, and LED screens.

Assisted with photography and photo blending after the event.

Building Brand Identity, Design, and Event Organization for SAVYINT

SAVYINT GROUP is a new subsidiary of SAVIS GROUP, with a mission to expand into the international market with headquarters in Singapore and Dubai. This represents a significant step, marking SAVIS GROUP's 20 years of development. To successfully launch into the international market, SAVYINT GROUP needed to establish a professional and modern brand identity that reflects the multi-channel company's vision and mission. The goal was to quickly introduce the brand image to potential customers and partners.

My Role:

Designed the professional Savyint.com website to fully convey information about the company's products and services.

Created the official LinkedIn page for SAVYINT GROUP, building a professional image and executing effective communication activities.

Integrated Savyint's participation and sponsorship in events with SAVIS to increase brand recognition.

Brand Identity Development, Design for the Open Banking Forum

The Open Banking Forum is the first platform in Vietnam dedicated to educating and promoting the development of Open Banking. The forum provides information, organizes events, workshops, webinars, and connects the community to raise awareness and accelerate the adoption of Open Banking in the banking and finance sector.

Open Banking is still a relatively new concept in Vietnam. It is crucial to attract the attention of stakeholders, including banks, fintech companies, developers, and users. Therefore, building a community, connecting members, and creating a forum for exchanging and sharing knowledge about Open Banking is essential.

My Role:

Designed the brand identity for the Open Banking Forum, including the Openbanking.org.vn website design and related communication materials.

Planned and organized Webinars as directed by the leadership team.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary, I aimed to establish a new, more professional positioning and identity for the employer brand. Driven by the desire to provide candidates with the best possible experience, the new look will help Savis attract and connect with potential candidates more effectively, while solidifying its position as a reputable and appealing company in the market.
